I wrote this book to help patients newly diagnosed with autoimmune disease and needing guidance on finding the proper structure or routine for a new lifestyle. I want to help those scared or nervous and encourage them to speak up and seek help. I aim to learn and understand your needs and wants and help family members and friends support their loved ones with this condition. Effective therapies, like individual treatment regimens, are available for these conditions, making it easy for patients with autoimmune diseases to beat this and live a normal life.
Balanced nutrition combined with a healthy lifestyle is the best choice to help you manage your condition. It pays to know that certain foods can also benefit people with autoimmune diseases. Knowing the right food to eat is essential, as it can help protect you against some of these conditions.

Creating an active routine daily allows our bodies to release tension and stress. Minimally we encourage you to move for at least fifteen minutes a day. Whether starting a program from a trainer home-based, gym based, or joining a fitness group online. There are many resources to tap into that’ll allow you to focus on healing without the criticism and pressure from others. We are all working towards optimal health in every way possible.
