Movement is the key in reducing inflammation. Creating an active routine daily allows our bodies to release tension and stress. Aim to get 30 minutes of exercise everyday. When we don't exercise, we start to feel less and less of our best selves, right? Well avoid doing that to yourself and create a happy place to for 30 minutes everyday.
